1.3. Membership is limited to active users only. Any user who does not log in for 30 consecutive days will have their account automatically blocked to maintain platform standards. To reactivate your account, you must contact our customer support team.
2. Profile Requirements
2.1. To ensure authenticity and eliminate fake profiles, every member must provide the following:
- Two Clear Photos:
- One photo focused on the face.
- One full-body photo.
- One photo focused on the face.
- ID Card Photos:
- One clear photo of the front side of the Original ID card but the Number should be hidden completely as the purpose of this is to just Verify the age of the candidates and to ensure verification.
2.2. Male Members: Must upload a 40 to 60-second video introduction (referred to as an "intro") as a requirement for membership. This is a key feature of our platform and significantly enhances your chances of finding a suitable match.
2.3. We dont require Females to make video intro for membership.
3. Usage Guidelines
3.1. Members must use the chat and message functions responsibly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Useless or irrelevant conversations.
- Vulgar, harmful, or abusive language.
- Threatening, coercive, or fraudulent behavior.
3.2. Any member found violating these guidelines may have their account suspended or permanently banned without a refund.
4. Privacy and Verification
4.1. All photos, ID card images, videos, and audio provided during registration are solely for verification purposes.
4.2. Rishta Intro does not tolerate fake profiles. Any attempt to provide fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination.
5. Account Security
5.1. Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Rishta Intro will not be liable for unauthorized access due to member negligence.
5.2. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
6. Account Inactivity and Reactivation
6.1. Members must log in regularly to maintain an active account. Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days will be automatically blocked.
6.2. To reactivate a blocked account, members must contact customer support.
7. Termination of Membership
7.1. Rishta Intro reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms and conditions.
7.2. Memberships terminated due to violations are not eligible for refunds.
